December is a natural time to pause and reflect, especially on the people who made the journey possible. No business grows in isolation, and this season invites us to acknowledge the relationships, trust, and support that carried us through the year and helped shape what came next.
This month, I am deeply grateful for my VA family. What began as professional connections quickly grew into some of my closest friendships. These women have been mentors, collaborators, cheerleaders, and an unwavering support system. I truly do not think I could have made the transition into a new career without them walking alongside me.
Through this community, I have a group of women I can turn to when I have questions, need clarity, or simply need someone who understands the challenges and wins of running a business. They are a sounding board, a source of wisdom, and a reminder that I am never navigating this journey alone. While our connections began behind computer screens and Zoom calls, the relationships go far beyond that. They are genuine, supportive, and rooted in care for one another, both personally and professionally.
I am especially grateful for the incredible VA community created by Belinda Sandor, our mentor and friend. It has been a place of growth, encouragement, and connection, and it continues to remind me of the power of community. This season, I am thankful for the women who believed in me, supported my growth, and continue to inspire me every day.
As the year comes to a close, I hope you take time to reflect on the people who have supported your journey. Gratitude honors where we have been and helps lay the foundation for where we are headed next.
